If you are not happy with it, you can return for store credit in the form of an e-gift card within 14 days of the delivery date. Gift cards do not expire. Refunds to original form of payment will not be given. Please read further for information on eligible returns/exchanges
IN THE EVENT YOU NEED TO MAKE A RETURN/EXCHANGE:
- Have your order number & shipping zipcode in hand and visit our returns portal
- If you paid the €1.98 return shipping coverage, your return will be free. If not, no worries! Still use the return portal where you will have the option to purchase your return label there.
- Before entering the portal, please review guidelines below. Items not meeting criteria will not be accepted.
What is re-do?
Re-do is basically return insurance. In the event you need to make a return or exchange, shipping back to us is covered by the purchase of re-do. Simply click on "returns portal" above and start your seamless and free return!
*Re-do is completely optional to purchase.* Please see "How do I remove re-do from cart" if you do not want to purchase.
Can I make a return without re-do?
Purchasing re-do is not necessary to make a return or exchange! You can always remove it from your cart.
However, we do not cover shipping costs back to us. So instead of paying upwards of €10 for shipping, you pay €1.98 with re-do.
As always, porthercegnovi covers the cost of shipping back to you over €25.

How do I remove re-do from cart?
Click on your cart and simply click the toggle to off for the "FREE UNLIMITED RETURNS VIA REDO" before clicking "checkout". This will remove the €1.98 charge from your cart.

International Customers
Unfortunately, re-do only provides services in the US right now. If you live outside of the US, you CAN still make returns on eligible items!
Simply enter our returns portal above and purchase your shipping label.
PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RETURN MERCHANDISE IF IT DOES NOT MEET THE ABOVE CRITERIA. IT WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU AT YOUR COST WITHOUT NOTICE.
- All eligible returns/exchanges will be processed in 4-5 business days of receipt and an email will be sent containing your store credit in the form of a porthercegnovi Gift Card. We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment
- Packages marked return to sender, are treated as returns and will be given store credit OR will be subject to re-shipment fees. We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment.
In the case an item is received defective or damaged:
Please use our portal to submit your damaged item within 72 hours of receipt of the order. Please include pictures of the item/s and a brief description of the problem. Items claimed as defective/damaged/wrong CANNOT be worn and need to be claimed as such within 72 hours of Delivery confirmation on package. We will issue you a USPS First Class label for the item. After 5 days, porthercegnovi can no longer be held responsible.
- porthercegnovi is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. It is strongly recommended keeping your tracking number for packages returned to us.
- Frequent returns from orders purchased with store credit will be subject to a €5 fee. If you need help with sizing please reach out to us before placing an order.
